Instructions for photo submissions

I know that everyone does not have a digital camera or a scanner, but whenever possible, images that are already in digital form are greatly preferred. Make the images as large as possible within these limits: no larger than 640px wide or 480px tall. For optimum size, one or both dimensions should be at those limits. Beyond that, some folks might have to scroll and who wants to do that? And always a 72ppi jpeg. I can accept other file types and sizes, but if you have the capability and software, please use them. Descriptive file names are helpful but please remember that web naming conventions prohibit spaces, periods, ampersands, tildes, slashes, etc. About all you can do to separate words safely is use UpperCaseLowerCase, hyphens, and under_score. And finally, please identify which campout or event they are from. Keeping to these specs will save me lots of time.

If you just have a few, zip or stuff them then email them to me.
Otherwise I can take CD-Rom's or 3.5" floppies.
